A Manifesto for a More Wondrous Age

Lately, there’s a thought that keeps occurring to me: I wish I were reading. There’s a lot of other things I need and want to do, but lately that voice calling me towards books is stronger than before. It just seems like I should be reading as much as possible. (I guess trying to prioritize reading more worked!) As someone who’s committed a lot of my life to words, this may not come as a surprise. Yet I’ve been struck by the simple power of reading again.

This is Refrakt, a bi-weekly newsletter from Ian J. Battaglia on curiosity, creativity, and (hopefully!) insight, through the lens of photography, writing, study, art and beauty, and my life.
